For adtech & geo-marketing platforms

Build a geofence around a real place, not a guessed radius

AdTech and geo-marketing platforms use catalog.xmap.ai to build precise, category-based geofences, competitive-conquesting audiences, and brand-safety layers grounded in real business locations.

WHAT YOU GET A downloadable CSV of business locations (name, address, coordinates, category, ratings, hours & more) filtered to exactly what you need.
Top use cases
Geo-fenced audience creation

Build precise audiences around a category or brand's real locations, not a lat/lon guess.

Competitive conquesting campaigns

Target visitors of a named competitor brand's real locations.

Brand-safety & category filtering

Exclude or include ad delivery near specific business categories.

Local-inventory campaign targeting

Match campaign radius targeting to a brand's actual store network.

What is catalog.xmap.ai

catalog.xmap.ai is a self-serve database of 140M+ real business locations across 40+ countries. Every record is an actual, physically-located business (not an estimate) with up to 36 structured fields: name, full address, latitude/longitude, category (three levels deep), brand and chain affiliation, hours of operation, phone and website, star rating and review count, open/closed status, and more.

You filter the catalog by category, brand, or geography in a live web interface, watch the matching record count update as you narrow the search, and export the results as a clean CSV file, ready to open in a spreadsheet, load into GIS software, or join against your own data.

The dataset refreshes every 30 days, so an export reflects recent openings, closures, and changes rather than a static snapshot from years ago.

In practice
Running a conquesting campaign

An adtech platform's client wants to target a competitor's customers. The team exports the competitor's exact store locations, builds geofences around each one, and launches a conquesting campaign the same week, no manual location research required.
